The service provider unit at German Bangladesh Hospital (GBH) will be called University Clinical Health Care (UCHC). Initially, GBH will have more than 25 renowned German and Bangladeshi medical doctors, experienced in a wide variety of disciplines: from plastic surgery to ophthalmology. It will provide care to critically ill and premature infants at Children’s Hospital and the Sara New born Centre. From nephrology care in hospitals and dialysis centres to the highest quality family practice and dermatology at our own clinical practice offices, University Clinical Health Care physicians will offer primary and specialty care across Bangladesh. Our physicians serve on the faculty of German Bangladesh Medical College, which provides them with access to cutting-edge medical research and the latest medical treatments, and their patients with the best and most current care available. GB Hospital will cover the whole spectrum of services starting from Diagnostic, Investigations, Consultation/Opinion, Nursing & Pharmacy, Counselling, Procedural & Surgical Treatment, Dietary Service to 24 hour Emergency Services under One-roof.
Future Plan:
Initially GB Medical Centre is planned with 200 bedded Hospital. Ultimate goal of GB Medical Centre aims to construct 500 bedded Specialized Hospital along with Medical College and Nursing Institute in a total area of ca. 7 acre land. Internationally recognized German Consultants are already planning the infrastructural development work and architectural design of the establishments which will finally deliver sophisticated world standard medical care as well as produce manpower resources to lead the healthcare industry of Bangladesh.
